Real estate has truly been a part of Carolyn's entire life. As a third-generation Realtor, Carolyn grew up watching her father, Marshall Cowe, build a successful name for himself in the industry. Seeing his dedication firsthand inspired her to follow in his footsteps, and she actually started her career right in his office working as a Conveyancer.

From Yaletown's First Condo to 13 Years with Polygon Homes

From there, Carolyn was introduced to the exciting world of pre-sale developments. She got to assist with the sales of many brand-new communities, including a very special piece of local history—the Merchies Building, which was the very first condo building in Yaletown! Later, Carolyn spent 13 incredible years working with Polygon Homes, one of British Columbia’s most respected and successful quality homebuilders. In her position, she was personally responsible for matching buyers with the perfect home. For Carolyn, it has always been about helping people find a property that proves to be a great long-term investment, and a beautiful place to build a prosperous and healthy life.

Through Marshall's knowledge and experience, Carolyn's own education in sales and marketing, and her time spent working directly with developers, she has built the perfect mix of skills. Giving Back to the Community

Outside of real estate, Carolyn loves finding ways to support the community. She is a strong advocate for animals in need and spends time volunteering on GVR Board task forces, such as Medallion. She has also volunteered with the BC Gifted Children’s Association to help local families get the resources needed for their children.

In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys the outdoors, travel, and has a major passion for running. She has successfully crossed the finish line of 3 full marathons!
